strive to make your delivery a positive experience. Please review the shipping

| Prescriptions |
| On average you
should expect to receive your order within seven business days. However, on
occasion some shipments may take several weeks due to possible disruptions with
international postal services or US customs. |
| Overseas shipments do have a
longer shipping time frame. You should receive your order three to six weeks
after the order has been shipped from our online pharmacy. To guarantee the
timely processing of your order, all prescriptions should be submitted in
English. |
| If you have not
received your order within a four week time period, please call us and we will
investigate and provide you with an update and if necessary, we will send out a
replacement. |
| As a suggestion, we
recommend that you try to place your order as far in advance as possible such
as, 30 - 45 days prior to when you actually need the medication. |

| Contact Lenses |
| All orders include a two
business day processing time. In addition to the two business day processing
time we ship three to five day for ground, Federal Express overnight and Federal
Express two-day air. |

| All orders are shipped via
USPA or UPS, unless otherwise specified. If you prefer overnight shipping or
would like to change your ship method for an additional charge, please contact
us. Orders received by 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day, provided that
items ordered are in stock. |

| Please contact us for
shipment outside the continental United States We offer a wide range of shipping
options for Herbalife products - whether you prefer ground or require next day
air. Be sure to specify how you would like us to ship your merchandise at the
time of purchase |
| Free Ground Shipping |
| We offer free standard
shipping on all orders of $100 or greater via FedEx Ground, which normally takes
3-5 days to arrive |
| Shipping Standards |
We employ Herbalife's
Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better
serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be sent to the
warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be sent to the warehouse
the next business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing
during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or
cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure
it is correct.
- Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife
warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on
backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately via USPS. Backordered
items can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife
warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day
shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the
partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.

| Damaged Merchandise |
| In the event you receive
damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact the
local carrier office immediately to obtain an inspection report. Ask the carrier
to return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances
should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own
protection. |
| Lost Merchandise |
| On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit.
If this occurs, your order will be replaced only after the shipment has been
traced by the carrier. Upon notification of a non-delivery from the carrier, a
claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be
applied to your credit card. |
